Congratulations to Kathy Grupe, West Birdville Elementary librarian, for winning the Texas Library Association’s Siddie Joe Johnson Award. This honor is presented annually to recognize an outstanding Texas librarian. In 2015, Kathy Grupe was selected Birdville ISD’s Elementary Teacher of the Year.
