Before you leave for the summer, is your voicemail and email updated?
As we prepare for summer, please make sure all phone messages and out of office emails reflect current information concerning days off and returning dates for your campus or department.
Campus principals need to make sure that the main campus voicemail message reflects pertinent information for your campus.

Resignation Deadline
As a reminder, the last date for resignation for contract personnel is “not later than the 45th day before the first day of instruction of the following school year.” The first day of instruction for 2016-2017 is August 22, 2016; therefore, the last day for all contract personnel to resign is July 8, 2016.

Summer 2016 Mail Schedules
The following mail delivery schedules will be in effect during June and July 2016.
ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS:
The last mail delivery will be on Thursday, June 16. Mail delivery will resume on
Tuesday, July 19.

Mail delivery for summer school will continue until Tuesday, June 28 at Smith, and Stowe, and Academy at C.F. Thomas elementary schools and North Richland Middle School.
ASPIRE (May 31 – June 30): Binion, Foster Village, Hardeman, Holiday Heights, Mullendore, Richland, Spicer, Academy at C.F. Thomas Elem., and Watauga elementary schools; and Richland Middle School.
