This is the last week to complete your Employee Benefits Annual Enrollment changes! Annual Enrollment closes Tuesday, August 11, 2020. No changes to benefits will be accepted after August 11 without a qualifying event.  

It’s still not too late to get assistance:  

Virtual One-on-One Appointments:  Just like in-person, but through your computer or phone! The Virtual Appointment scheduler is open now. Last Appointments for Birdville ISD are tomorrow, August 5. Other days may be available. These are first come first serve, so schedule yours now! Click here for scheduling instructions, enrollment checklist, and FAQs. Assistance is available in English and Spanish. 

Telephone Assistance: If you don’t have access to a computer or internet on your phone, or would prefer to speak with someone on the phone, the FBS Call Center is available Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Assistance is available in English and Spanish.

It is important all eligible employees log into THEbenefitsHUB. Even if you don’t intend to make changes to your benefits elections, you must make sure your dependent information is complete (including social security numbers) and you have selected beneficiaries for the District–paid life insurance.
