Important Insurance Information: Making Changes due to Spouse’s Open Enrollment Period

Many corporations are having open enrollment at this time with changes being effective Jan. 1, 2018.

If you plan to make any changes to your Birdville benefits effective Jan. 1, the District must process the change BEFORE the holiday break. Please fill out the change form if you plan to make changes. Email the completed form to babs.holly@birdvilleschools.net ASAP along with documentation that verifies your spouse’s open enrollment period with the effective date of Jan. 1.

Note: Not all changes are allowed. Please check with Babs at ext. 5782 before submitting a change.
